This elegant city villa, built in 1927, is located in a Lucerne residential neighborhood of high architectural value. In the future, the house will provide living space for several generations. To this end, the attic will be converted into a self-contained apartment. Access to the new attic apartment is provided through a slender metal staircase on the south facade. The design of the exterior staircase takes reference from the existing balcony railings. The spacious structure defines the new living space without competing with the existing entrance.
