The existing detached house on the plot will be demolished and replaced by a four-storey apartment building as part of the densification of the site. By fanning out the building volume towards the north and south, the building appears finely articulated and integrates harmoniously into the shape and topography of the plot. The top floor is set back towards the south and designed as an attic storey above the floors below. Generous loggias and terraces strengthen the connection to the surrounding landscape. The main entrance is accessed via a generous forecourt. The naturally lit staircase provides access to two to three apartments per floor.
