The project comprises plots 218 and 219 in Willisau and proposes two five-storey buildings characterised by an open and permeable layout. The development integrates harmoniously into the existing settlement structure and will be realised in two phases. The public space in front of the commercial premises is designed as a multifunctional square. The inner courtyard serves as access to the apartments and provides a meeting place for residents. The more private garden area comprises a natural green space with paths, deciduous trees, and seating areas. The apartments are well-lit, barrier-free, and feature generous loggias.
